After drinking the medicine, he finally falls asleep, but not before he has a vivid dream about Hasile, the daughter of a prominent family in the town. He wakes up the next morning with his mind consumed with thoughts of Hasile, and he struggles to keep his desire in check.

As the story progresses, the relationship between Oum and Aliyou Haidar becomes more complicated. Aliyou is drawn to Oum, and his desire for her only grows stronger with time. Oum, however, is not interested in Aliyou and tries to keep her distance from him.

Despite her efforts, Aliyou cannot resist the temptation of Oum and eventually succumbs to his desires. The two engage in a passionate and intimate encounter that changes the course of their lives forever.

Meanwhile, Hasile, the woman who Aliyou is infatuated with, is dealing with her own personal struggles. She is torn between her feelings for Aliyou and her duty to her family. Prologue

Oum's goal is to have privacy as she heads to the kitchen to prepare water for cooking. As for Aliyou Haidar, he had trouble sleeping due to his desire for Hasile, the daughter of the people. He had a tight chest and swollen testicles, so he took some medicine from the fridge and went to Wa Saman Super to get relief. After drinking it, he was able to sleep.

In the morning, he woke up feeling torn and unable to endure the temptation Hasile presented. He ended up connecting with her underground and went to her bed, where he started caressing and kissing her. She woke up and was afraid, and he continued to touch and press her while she tried to push him away.

 Oum Salamatu appeared, which confirmed Aliyou's temptation, and he wanted to cure it. Hasile asked Oumma to make him leave, but she insisted on being patient with him due to his addiction caused by losing his beloved wife years ago. Meanwhile, Shikam Gogan left the bedroom and went to the toilet. He was angry and washed his body before putting on a bag that made him look bad.

He then took his keys and headed to the office. When he entered the inner room, Oumma and Hasile were leaving, and he asked if there was anything he needed. Oumma replied that everything he needed was on the way, and he left the bedroom. The nurses and doctors who work for him dislike him and Safenan because they arrive at 9-10 am.
